Women's Baseball Team
Are you interested in playing on a women's recreational baseball team, to play informal games during the summer? This is for fun and the love of the game. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to play.

WE NEED HELP WITH BINGO!
As many of you may know, members of the WHBL executive volunteer at Dolphin Bingo every Sunday. We're there 52 weeks a year, to raise the money necessary to operate the baseball league. This is our fundraising, and it helps us to keep our registration rates as low as possible, to buy new equipment, pay for opening and closing day activities, and many other things.
We are always looking for new volunteers to help out at Bingo.
The sessions are on Sunday evenings, and run from 5pm until around 10pm. The location is Dolphin Bingo, at 1911 Eglinton East, behind Tommy Cooks restaurant.
Helpers are needed to count paper (books) at the beginning and end of each session, to sell the books, help with payouts to the runners and shutters, and to help with bank deposits. The tasks can be learned quickly, and you would be making a valuable contribution to the league in which our children play.
A $ 20.00 honorarium will be given to each volunteer at each session, (to help offset the price of gas or babysitter).
