Some notes about being an umpire:
- minimum age - you must turn 13 in the year you are going to umpire.
- for 2010, you must have been born in 1997 or earlier.
- you must be re-carded each year at the last level that you obtained or higher.
- you must have a level 2 card to umpire at the Rep / AAA level.
